The farm and brand «Mother»
The Charitable Foundation for the Cow Protection “Mother” was founded in 2014 as an ideological continuation of “Mother” ecological farming, which is based on the Vedic principle of non-violence towards cows. On our farm we take care of cows as if they were mothers. Throughout their lives, our cows are surrounded by care and love and will never be sent to slaughter.
Do you want to see everything with your own eyes? You’re welcome! We often receive guests at the farm and we will sincerely look forward to your visit.
How to join the cow protection mission?
The purpose for which we direct your donations
- Monthly collection of donations for cows feed: 51,000 UAH. The November collection continues until 11/30/2024;
- Purchase of land for pastures for free grazing of cows and fodder harvesting;
- Purchase of cows, bulls and calves to protect them from beingsent to slaughter;
- Ensuring a happy life for cows on the farm: arrangement of cowsheds, pens and calves houses, fencing of pastures with the “electric fence” system, collection of fodder (grass, hay, straw), veterinary assistance.
You can choose and take care of a cow, bull or calf. All you need is to pay the monthly expenses for feed, veterinary care and the arrangement of the barn. It’s essential to visit your pet-cow wards on the farm as well, as they will be really waiting for you!
Temporary guardianship. Apart from the permanent care, you can choose temporary care for the time convenient for you, during which you plan to look after a cow or a calf.
Collective guardianship. Team up with your friends and take care of the cow together and get the benefit from your pet-cow together.
